By accessing and using this website and payment of the invoice, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions . “You, “the client” “ refers to the consumer who has paid to engage services provided by Calming Tots Australia. “I,” “Baby Sleep Consultant” refers to Calming Tots Australia

OBLIGATIONS: 
    1. You understand that this service is to provide you with support and education in relation to your child’s sleep and does not intend to replace medical advice.
    2. You agree to follow safe sleep guidelines in line with Red Nose Australia and American Academy of Paediatrics (AAP) and notify the sleep consultant of any unsafe sleep practices. The Red Nose safe sleep guidelines are available online at https://rednose.org.au/section/safe-sleeping and the APP guidelines “How to keep your sleeping baby safe.     3. You agree to disclose any medical condition your baby has to the Baby Sleep Consultant.
    4. You agree to seek medical or other health care professional advice for any health-related issues prior to commencing the sleep programme.
    5. You agree to provide accurate information which will be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of providing services.
    6. You understand that the customised sleep plan is tailored to your child and should not be shared with a third party.

    Services and delivery:

      1. You understand that the outcomes and success of your use of our services relies on your commitment, consistency and patience to following the advice and plan provided to you.
      2. You understand that the results of the service may vary and can be affected by many factors out of our control.
      3. You agree to pay the invoice at the time of booking and acknowledge that if the invoice has not been paid that your customised sleep plan will not be written.
      4. You agree to implement the sleep plan within 7 days after receiving the sleep plan.
      5. It is your responsibility to send the sleep log information to the sleep consultant to be assessed for feedback. Failure to do so results in our inability to help you achieve your sleep goals.
      6. The 1- or 2-week support will commence from the day you commence implementing the plan.
      7. You agree that if you do not follow the sleep plan correctly and your child’s sleep does not improve, you are not entitled for a refund.
      8. Packages are based for 1 child only. Please contact Calming Tots Australia for twins and siblings.

      Amendment  

      The sleep consultant reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions and prices at any time. It is your responsibility to review these prior to use.  

      Refund and Cancellations:  

      • If Calming Tots Australia feels the service is deemed inappropriate, the client will be offered a full refund. Calming Tots Australia will not offer a refund for any other reason including change of mind.
      • If your baby becomes unwell with an illness during our support period, then you will be able to pause training for up to two weeks until they are healthy and ready to continue, after consultation with the Baby Sleep Consultant.
